New Wheelchair Accessibility Features at the Palladium Resorts

During the last few months, The Palladium Hotels and Resorts have been making improvements in their facilities with regards to handicap accessibility. All Palladium Hotels & Resorts are now accessible in a wheel chair. In addition, three Palladium destinations, Punta Cana, Riviera Maya and Jamaica, have recently installed wheelchair ramps to their beaches. Their Resorts in Brazil, where they have already improved the access to the beach for the general public, will soon have this feature, as well as our properties in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.
The Palladium Hotels and Resorts cater to the needs of all guests so that they can enjoy the excellent services and facilities provided in the Resorts. There is even develop a fabulous food allergy program with a special selection of exquisite cuisine for guests who suffer from food allergies including celiac disease.

With proper paper work, Service dogs are accepted in most hotels. Please let us know prior to reserving.
Wheelchair Accessibility:
The hotels are also equipped with wheelchair ramps to access the beaches.
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic:
Accessible are all grounds, pools (tumboroller), beach, lobby, buffet & à la carte restaurants, bars, night club, casino and boutiques as well as public restroom. Wheelchair rental at the hotel available at extra charge.

Mayan Riviera, Mexico:

Riviera Nayarit, Mexico:
Since this hotel is built on a cliff, the grounds are accessible but also inclined which can be challenging for someone with reduced mobility or in a wheel chair. Also accessible; beach, lobby, buffet & a la carte restaurant but only one (Ribs & More) out of four, bars, night club and boutiques as well as public restroom. Wheelchair rental at the hotel available at extra charge. Please note the hotel doesn’t count with zero depth entry pool.
